We deduct shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. If your return amount is less than the cost of the shipping label an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.

Returned watches must be in new/unworn condition and all packaging must be included to be accepted as a return.
