Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. Free/Gift with purchase items not included inside your return shipment will have their value deducted from your return total.

What is the return policy?
We guarantee all merchandise purchased through gshock.ca and we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. For more details on returns please visit the returns page.
Extended return period for holiday orders. Orders placed between Nov 9 to Dec 25 can be accepted as returns up to January 15th.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices listed and charged in Canadian Dollars.
What Payment Methods can I use?
We currently accept all credit cards through Shopify Payments, Paypal, Sezzle and Google pay.

What are the shipping options?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $129. Orders under $129 will be charged $20 for shipping. Express (1-3 business day) shipping is available for $25 per order. We offer tracking through the Arrive app. For more shipping related questions, please see the Shipping Info page.
When will I receive my order?
Processing time for orders is typically under 48 hours and shipping times range from 1 – 5 days depending on the shipping service chosen.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please use the tracking number provided to see where your package is. Fedex Tracking.
