What is the return policy?

  • We guarantee all merchandise purchased through gshock.ca and we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. For more details on returns please visit the returns page.
  • Extended return period for holiday orders. Orders placed between Nov 9 to Dec 25 can be accepted as returns up to January 15th.

What currency will I be charged in?

  • All prices listed and charged in Canadian Dollars.

What Payment Methods can I use?

  • We currently accept all credit cards through Shopify Payments, Paypal, Sezzle and Google pay.

What is Sezzle?

  • Sezzle offers shoppers a way to split your entire online purchase into 4 interest-free payments, over 6 weeks with no impact to your credit. Please click here for further info.

What are the shipping options?

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149. Orders under $149 will be charged $20 for shipping. Express (1-3 business day) shipping is available for $30 per order. For more shipping related questions, please see the Shipping Info page.

When will I receive my order?

  • Processing time for orders is typically under 48 hours and shipping times range from 1 – 5 days depending on the shipping service chosen.

What do I do if I never received my order?

  • If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can easily report an issue to Seel via the Seel Resolution Center. If you did not purchase Worry-Free Delivery please use the tracking number provided to see where your package is and contact Fedex/Canada Post for issues with delivery. G-Shock Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments not covered by Worry-Free Delivery.

What do I do if I received a defective or damaged order?

  • If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. If you did not purchase Worry-Free Delivery please reach out to us directly under our Contact Us page. G-Shock Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments not covered by Worry-Free Delivery. 

Worry-Free Delivery Damage Coverage Request

  • Worry-Free Delivery covers item damages for items that are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc., but does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items. The compensation for damaged items will be up to the value paid for the purchased item(s). Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Where are you located?

  • We are located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Please note we do not offer in person shopping or returns. Our Vancouver warehouse location cannot assist you in person. Please use our contact us page if you need assistance.
