Orders valued over $249 will require a signature for delivery.
Orders placed after 2:30pm PST will leave our warehouse the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or after 2:30pm PST on Friday leave our warehouse on Monday or the next business day during long weekends (BC, Canada long weekend schedule).
Deliveries are made on weekdays only.
Orders are shipped from Vancouver using Fedex. Please see the table below for standard shipping delivery estimates to major Canadian cities.
Orders to be shipped to reshipping services will not be accepted.
G-Shock Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments not covered by Worry-Free Delivery.
We deduct shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. If your return amount is less than the cost of the shipping label an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.
If you received an incorrect item or would like to make a warranty claim on a purchase from gshock.ca please contact us directly.
No returns/refunds after 30 days.
In person returns will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped using our return portal.
We guarantee all merchandise purchased through gshock.ca.
Returned watches must be in new/unworn condition and all packaging must be included to be accepted as a return.
All sale items are final sale.

Free/Gift with purchase items not included inside your return shipment will have their value deducted from your return total.
Excessive abuse of our returns will receive a $10 restocking fee per item returned or refusal of further orders.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. Free/Gift with purchase items not included inside your return shipment will have their value deducted from your return total.
