We deduct shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. If your return amount is less than the cost of the shipping label an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.

If you received an incorrect item or would like to make a warranty claim on a purchase from gshock.ca please contact us directly.

No returns/refunds after 30 days.

In person returns will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped using our return portal.

We guarantee all merchandise purchased through gshock.ca.

Returned watches must be in new/unworn condition and all packaging must be included to be accepted as a return.

All sale items are final sale.

Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

Free/Gift with purchase items not included inside your return shipment will have their value deducted from your return total.

Excessive abuse of our returns will receive a $10 restocking fee per item returned.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. Free/Gift with purchase items not included inside your return shipment will have their value deducted from your return total.

An evening with G-SHOCK Hosted by G-SHOCK founder Kikuo Ibe Vancouver, Canada – Event Recap

Founder of G-SHOCK, Mr. Kikuo Ibe, touched down in Vancouver, BC for the very first time on Thursday, June 6th, inviting G-SHOCK fans of Vancouver on a journey through the life cycle of his legendary brand. Ibe provoked passion and inspiration with his presentation; using stories, jokes and anecdotes to drive home a particularly significant message – the mantra to which he owes his success: “never give up.” Ibe kindly stuck around after the presentation to take photos and sign autographs alongside a historic G-SHOCK watch collection.

Mr. Kikuo Ibe’s presentation was followed with sets by DJ Vinyl Ritchie and DJ Marvel, who effectively warmed the stage for a surprise performance by world renown Canadian group BADBADNOTGOOD. The group was joined on stage by Jonah Yano, a rising Vancouverite who recently released a popular single with the help of BBNG, titled Nervous.
