We deduct shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. If your return amount is less than the cost of the shipping label an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.
If you received an incorrect item or would like to make a warranty claim on a purchase from gshock.ca please contact us directly.
No returns/refunds after 30 days.
In person returns will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped using our return portal.
We guarantee all merchandise purchased through gshock.ca.
Returned watches must be in new/unworn condition and all packaging must be included to be accepted as a return.
All sale items are final sale.

How do I return?

- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. Free/Gift with purchase items not included inside your return shipment will have their value deducted from your return total.

What is the return policy?
- We guarantee all merchandise purchased through gshock.ca and we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. For more details on returns please visit the returns page.
- Extended return period for holiday orders. Orders placed between Nov 9 to Dec 25 can be accepted as returns up to January 15th.
What currency will I be charged in?
- All prices listed and charged in Canadian Dollars.

What are the shipping options?
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149. Orders under $149 will be charged $20 for shipping. Express (1-3 business day) shipping is available for $30 per order. We offer tracking through the Arrive app. For more shipping related questions, please see the Shipping Info page.
When will I receive my order?
- Processing time for orders is typically under 48 hours and shipping times range from 1 – 5 days depending on the shipping service chosen.
What do I do if I never received my order?
- Please use the tracking number provided to see where your package is. Fedex Tracking.

Where are you located?
- We are located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Please note we do not offer in person shopping or returns. Our Vancouver warehouse location cannot assist you in person. Please use our contact us page if you need assistance.
