• We deduct shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. If your return amount is less than the cost of the shipping label an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.
  • If you received an incorrect item or would like to make a warranty claim on a purchase from gshock.ca please contact us directly.

  • Returned watches must be in new/unworn condition and all packaging must be included to be accepted as a return.
